code didn't work, wouldn't give me a refund
"This looked like a wonderful place, but we never found out because we couldn't get in. The code they sent us didn't work, and all attempts to contact them failed. This was late at night in the pouring rain...we eventually found another hotel and spent over $100 USD more for it...all because the code ..."
