"My family enjoyed the wonderful kitchen for meals when we were not eating out, primarily breakfast. The hot tub was amazing for stargazing and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There are stairs so if someone in your party can not climb much, this may not be the house for you as the kitchen and living room is on the second (or main) floor. "

"The home was beautiful, the deck well maintained and the hottub very clean! Just FYI that the "neighborhood" seemed a little like a junkyard - but this cabin is a gem once you get through that. Communication is not the typical way throught the VRBO app, but the assigned representative was communicative."

"Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available."

"This was the perfect property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with friends. The kitchen was well equipped to handle dinners for our crowd. The living room was spacious and the deck was perfect for enjoying happy hour. The location was quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed watching the deer wander through the property. Communications with property management were good. It was a great stay!"

"If you’re looking for a 5 star resort, not your place. If you’re looking for a quiet “home base” for fishing or being at the lake, this is the spot. Reminded us of “grandma’s” house. Super quiet location, big front porch, convenient location to get to the quality waters and lake in minutes. Sportsman bar and grill is walking distance. It was clean, but lots of clutter outside. "This was one of the best stocked homes that I have ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at other properties where I had to go and purchase pots/pans and general cooking utensils because the home didn’t have them. That was not the case for this property. You can tell the owners took care to ensure that the property was supplied with everything needed. It made the home feel like a home away from home. It was the most comfortable I have ever been at a home that was not my home. "
