"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Wir waren im August 10 Tage hier und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es gibt nur positive Eindrücke. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die wir kennengelernt haben, eine tolle, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung. Einen großen Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein super gepflegter Pool. In Arcevia kann man toll essen gehen. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und wenn man was sehen möchte, sitzt man viel im Auto. Einfach mal hinfahren 😄"

La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"Wir waren mit 25 Personen in dem tollen Haus in Fano. Da das Haus so viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib bietet, gab es die ersten Tage kaum den Drang, es zu verlassen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. Auch Lirim, der Housekeeper, der täglich zum Pool Reinigen und Müll Entsorgen vorbei kommt, ist sehr freundlich und diskret. Falls jemand plant, für viele Personen zu...

"Die Unterkunft hat uns vor allem mit ihrer idyllischen und ruhigen Lage überzeugt. Man hat von der Terrasse aus wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool-Bereich sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, es könnte jedoch etwas gründlicher gewesen sein. Es waren einige Spinnweben an den Decken. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. "Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....
