"El sitio de ubicacion es magnifico. Nos pusieron frente a la playa con unas vistas espectaculares. Buen trato, aunque les falta mas dominios de idiomas. Nadie habla frances, español, solo dominan el aleman, ingles y algo de ruso. Ademas del griego. Se desviven para que no te falte de nada."

"A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). "We had a great autumn holiday week here. Food was good, pool area nice, drinks good. The room was good, quiet, comfortable bed, but comparing with other 4* or 5* hotels it was not on that level: there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion which I expect to get in this level hotel.
