"The property was very well maintained, comfortable and clean. It was easy to reach, and the amenities were top of the line. The property setup makes it great for large groups, as it has three separate floors that make it easy to split by affinity. Our hosts were communicative, quick to respond, and very welcoming. "Ha sido una semana en familia con mis padres, hermanos y sobrinos. La casa es incluso mejor que en las fotos, con un gran salón interior y una buena mesa para comer fuera. Todas las habitaciones tiienen baños amplios y buenos armarios con mucha capacidad de almacenaje.En la cocina hay mucho menaje. Alexandra ha estado muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades."

"Une superbe propriété ou une grande famille peut evoluer en toute independance. Irréprochable sur la propreté, la maison alterne un decor traditionnel Portugais et un decor moderne. La piscine est superbe avec une tres belle vue. Et si vous y êtes au 15 aout ,vous pourrez profitez des fêtes religieuses locales."

"tolles, sehr großes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht und großem Garten. Sauberkeit lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig und das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen."

"Wir hatten eine herrkiche Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Diana, Silvia und Sergio sind tolle Gastgeber. Sergio hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Echte Kritikpunkte sind der fehlende Meerblick (der zumindest bei unserer Buchung noch im Inserat stand) und der feucht muffige Geruch im Abstellraum. Wünschenswert wären keine Mülleimer in den Bädern, vernünftige Pfannen und ein Tisch mit vier Stühlen auf der Terrasse. Trotzdem 5 Sterne. "

"Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und modern, aber...Uns hat das Herz dahinter gefehlt. Wie bei vielen Ferienhäusern, die von Agenturen (und nicht vom Eigentümer) geführt werden, hat uns einfach die Herzlichkeit, der Einsatz und die Verbundenheit zum Haus gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft haben wir eine schnelle Führung durch das Haus bekommen, aber das war's dann auch. Kommunikation mit der Agentur akzeptabel, sie haben uns geholfen, als wir ein Problem hatten, aber wir haben erst sehr spät die Infos zum...

"Verdadeiras férias em família. A Quinta da Mata é o ideal para um grupo grande. Muito bem decorada , super confortável. Localização ideal, rodeada de verde , longe e tão perto de tudo. De manha passeios à tarde piscina. A Família vai recordar estas férias com saudade. Obg Quinta da Mata "

"The property is spacious and the additional one bedroom annexe was a great bonus for our multi- generational family. The pool is lovely and many happy hours were spent there swimming and relaxing by us all. The management company were very helpful and quick to respond to us. We loved the area - Ponte de Lima is a very family-friendly town and we all loved the gardens and the International Garden festival, and dining out. The beach at Viana do Castelo is unspoilt and the rock pools are great...

"Perfect size for 9 people. Good facilities within the property and enough space for 2 families. We encountered a couple of problems but generally dealt with quickly for example 2 wasps nest were dealt very quickly. Slightly frustrating that air conditioning in 2 of the rooms stopped working and we were without for the last 2 nights and engineer appeared to be unable to fix the problem. "
