"Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. "The area is very nice, breakfasts and dinner buffet is great and well maintained. Room was clean and cozy (be aware that shower is fully open and there is no privacy in the room). On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)"

"Angelos and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. He picked us up from the bus station (and drove us back when we left). He makes a great BBQ once a week. The hotel looks very new, and lovely. The bedroom is very spacious (we rent one with a small kitchen), and the bathroom is really nice, it has a good balcony with a table. All is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also great. On the last day, we ate there and the food was very good and big. The only downside I could mention is...

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great waterpark, good service and helpfull staffs, entertainment area was very accommodating for kids. Although the hotel is big, you could always request for hotel buggies to transport within the hotel. Easy access to book excursions just outside hotel. Overall, had a lovely time at the property. "

"I stayed here almost 1week, and the place is lovely, peaceful, calm, if is that what u are looking for, this is the perfect place, it has a pool that u can enjoy, nature, the buffet it has a lot of options and the food was great for the breakfast. The transportation from the airport was great, nice staff, Lucas was very kind and gives u a lot of good recommendations to look around the island. Also u have the option to plan any tour in the hotel. I wish to be back soon. Thanks a lot. "
