Weekend getaway
We booked Awan Lodge for 2 night stay and had an incredible trip! The views from the balconies were breathtaking in the mornings and evenings. Cabin had fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for large families. Property was very clean, heat throughout house worked well on all floors. Hot water never ran out during showers. Property owner was very reaponsive. Check in was very easy with entry code. We would definitely book again!

Great Cabin for Gatherings
We enjoyed our time at this cabin very much! There are many excellent amenities at the property and extras that make it feel special. We enjoyed the hot tub, the balconies, and the comfy linens very much. The layout is also great for when one or 2 members of the house are up earlier and don’t want to wake the others. Check in and check out were simple and smooth.

Family Trip to Arnold
We stayed at this lovely house in Arnold for a 9-person family get together. The house was in great condition, bedrooms private, and there were all the supplies of towels, washcloths, coffee, and a bottle of wine needed. The hot tub was in top condition.Communication was excellent.The only drawback was we were looking forward to using the pool table and table tennis table as stated in the description but found these to be merely child's toys of poor quality and small size (3' x 5' size for both of them) and pretty beat up with small cue sticks having duct tape for tips.

Great House
Place was very clean. We had 12 people staying at the property and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. I can’t think of anything that it needed. Thank you for the great stay.

Family Vacation
Our stay was really nice. We had our entire family, 6 adults, 4 girls 10-15 and 1 boy 15 in our family. The house was big enough for all of us. We love Arnold and it is centrally located for lots of activities. We had an issue with the zone AC, but the owner was quick to respond with portable AC units for the upstairs and downstairs. I would defiantly rent this cabin again. Thank you Awan family for the opportunity to spend time with our kids and grandkids in your lovely cabin.

OMG we loved everything about our stay. Great home, lots of room, and plenty to do. The little town of Arnold was so fun as well, but honestly I could have sat on the deck and just gazed at the redwoods all day.

Cozy Cabin Home
My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. Home is cozy with all the comfot amenities. Pool table is a mini pool table. Not full size- that was disappointing. Access to hot tub can be difficult for some especially for older adults. The side stairs are steep to the very lower deck to the hot tub. Pleanty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Family and Friends Weekend Get Away
It was a great weekend. We traveled with 8 adults and 4 children. The kids had an amazing time playing in the bunk bed room. We are happy to have found the baby gate to block off the lower level. The lower level rooms are connected. Just an fyi you do have to walk through lower master to get to the other room. You can access the hot tub from the lower level rooms by taking the stairs outside. The hot tub was nice and hot with nice scenic views. When we woke up Saturday and Sunday we had snow. The main deck served as a personal snow park for the kids. The lower deck was amazing with the couches and fire pit. Such a beautiful scenic view. Really enjoyed this home and plan to come back to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. We had a large group of family and friends with children. The house was very clean upon arrival and we had a complementary wine. The kitchen had coffee and teas stocked, as well as different spices (more wine glasses are needed). Also, a large trash can would help. We enjoyed having dinners at the dining table and the outdoor hot tub. The bedroom layout was a bit of a challenge, with one bedroom that was downstairs that led to another smaller bedroom, you have to walk through one to get to another. Also, the upstairs bedroom next to the living room can be noisy if people are talking in the living room. We were expecting a bigger house based on pictures. We still enjoyed it very much and had a great time. The view from the patio is spectacular!
