Die Gesamtanlage ist ok, die Wohnung (kein Reihenhaus) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch schön gestrichen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist im Kellergeschoss, zum Schlafen geht es. Das 2. Bad daneben könnte eine größere Auffrischung vertragen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist akzeptabel, aber nur wenn man auswärts isst. Wir haben einen kleinen Kaffee-Zubereiter gekauft und dagelassen, die Vormieter haben sich wohl mit Instantkaffee (3 angefangene unterschiedliche Gläser) zufriedengegeben. Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer war gut, die Investition in eine etwas wärmere Decke ist empfehlenswert. Der Pool war schön geheizt, die Poolliegen ausreichend und bequem mit schönen Sonnenschirmen. Insgesamt ok

Excellent complex, good pool, friendly bar
Communication with the owners was excellent. Arrival and departure process was clear and easy to follow. The apartment had all the facilities required for our family. The pool area was great. The Diamond Pool Bar was run by friendly staff, food was good, especially the Sunday Dinner and prices were fair. Only issue was on arrival, beds were not made up. Contacted the owner and the issue was rectified immediately. All in all really enjoyed our stay.

Very good apartment, unfortunately noisy neighbours
The apartment is fine and has everything you need for self catering. Be aware of steep, deep stairs to downstairs bedroom. Showers are great, good WiFi, comfortable furniture and beds. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool but it was impossible with the same folk being noisy every day, all day. Maybe unfortunate timing for our booking! Well stocked supermarket through the back gate of the complex very handy. The apartment is close to the strip with plenty choice for bars and restaurants. The beach and promenade within walking distance. Have been returning to this part of Tenerife for many years now. Thanks for having us. Your apartment is really lovely but oh dear.... the noise.....

Clean & Quiet Complex
A spacious apartment, ideal for a family with older children or for friends, as there are two bedrooms on two separate levels - one has an en-suite and the main bedroom has the bathroom neighbouring directly. Excellent WiFi. The pool bar is run by Pete who is very hospitable. Location is great but a little distance from the main restaurants and centre.

Home Comforts
Our holiday was not what we antisipared as the day after we arrived the area was on lock down due to the corona virus. Our Daughter and Granddaughter were meant to travel out the day after us but didn't make it due to flight cancelled. Luckily for us we had this wonderful apartment so we were very comfortable. We had to cook all our meals as all the bars and restaurants closed down. The supermarket next door had everything we needed so we managed no problem. We are defiantly going to book again hopefully when this is all over and have the holiday we planned. The owners Martin and Kay were very helpful during this difficult situation

Nice apartment, noisy bar
The apartment is nice, although you need to climb quite steep stairs to the downstairs bedroom, which has no door. The (at least on Christmas holiday weeks quite noisy) pool bar is just meters away, which is a plus or minus, depending on your own wishes. The location is very good, bars and restaurants nearby, Passarella shopping center with all the actions 300 meters away and the centre of Los Cristianos and the beaches in a walking distance. The communication with the owners has been very quick and easy and all the valuable information has come promptly, for which I want to thank them warmly.

Het is school, naar daar is alles mee gezegd. Slechte, harde stoelen en bank. De bank is geschikt voor lilliputters; lag en heel kort zitgedeelte. Wij hebben twee weken op redelijkevtuinstoelen gezeten; binnen en buiten. Niets op de slaspkamer Om even iets af te leggen, geen stoelen , gen haven. Zelfde geldt voor de badkamer, slappe beugels voor de handdoeken, wel te weinig. Keukeninventaris is echt feel te basic; gen Schawlow om bv slap in aan te maken; geen Schawlow Om vleeswaren in te beware en nog feel meer ontbreekt. Er is wel een waterkoker en een slechte broodrooster, geen koffiezetapparaat. Dus we zijn meet uit gaan eten dan we gepland hadden. Juist het thuis eten vinden we leuk! Maar dat was hier een crime. Er lag ook helemaal niets klaar met gebruiksaanwijzigingen en dergelijke, je Moët allies zelf uitzoeken. De kookplaat bv, er staan green cijfers of dergelijke bij, pas na twee dagen wisten we hoe het werkte. Opvallend is dat een en Andre wel bij de recensies vermeld staat, maar daar does men niets mee!

Great apartment in good location - would book again 5 star.. Pro’s - Good size apartment (comfortable for 4 people). - Could squeeze 5 (fold up bed for guest 5). - Very clean - Great pool side bar (breakfast, snacks and of course booze). - Kitchen well stocked (we didn’t use it thou). - Heated pool (had it to ourselves most days). - Apartment has everything you would need (hair dryers etc). Con’s - WiFi doesn’t work in the downstairs bedroom. - No list of the complex rules in the apartment. We inadvertently broke the no hanging towels over the balcony rule (towels removed & note put over the balcony)....

Lovely apartment in lovely location
Great apartment in an ideal location. 10 mins walk to bars/restaurants and 20 mins to the seafront. Apartment had everything you need and was exactly as described. Very clean apartment and complex. Pool was quiet and you could always get a sunbed. Pool bar was great for a cold pint after a days sunbathing and Pete the owner was brilliant and helpful. He even makes you lovely sandwiches for your flight home. Owners were great in their communication and quick to respond to emails. Would totally recommend. Thank you!

Lovely big apartment facing the pool. We found it clean and tidy and modern. The apartment could do with supplying a brush to use during the stay but has all the other appliances. We would definately recommend the apartment.
