"La cama estaba tan floja que se cayó de un lado de solo sentarme. Al abrir la ducha se moja todo el piso afuera, incluso el piso del cuarto. El pequeño balcón que tenía mi habitación estaba fuera de condiciones, sucio y lleno de polvo. A los aires no les dan mantenimiento en mucho tiempo, sonó toda la noche. Pasé prácticamente TODA la tarde en la habitación esperando que fueran a arreglar la cama. Todo un día perdido de turismo."

"Beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need if you want to spend a day at the beach or at the pool. There a number of restaurants inside the complex as well as a small grocery store. If you don’t want to leave the premises, you have everything you need there. Angel is a great host and responded in a timely manner whenever we needed something or had a question. There is the El Yunque rain forest and several beaches within a 45 minute drive. I highly recommend this place."

"Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar...
