"Close to the water with amazing views, very private with plenty of activities both indoors and outdoors. Perfect weather on arrival and departure but unfortunately not good on our one full day at the bach so we didn’t get to use the dinghy or kayaks. It’s close proximity to Picton meant we could drive into town for dinner both nights.Overall we had an awesome time away and would love to return."

"Troy & Jo have a super Bach which is perfect if you want to spend a few days enjoying everything that Pelorus Sound can offer. The standard of accommodation is very good and showers and cooking options are excellent. Troy was an excellent and very helpful & responsive host. We enjoyed our visit and would certainly consider returning if we visit Marlborough Sounds again."

"A beautiful family beach holiday crib right by the seashore. Lawns for cricket in the evenings; mud flats to explore at low tide; a wee beach or two to wander along; log fire for chilly autumn mornings and those long holiday evenings sitting round playing board games and cards together. "Situated overlooking Portage and 270deg views. Had a perfectly relaxing weekend with kayaking and walking and plenty of spa time. You don't have the house to yourself which we didn't realise when we booked it. However, you don't see the owners and your little self contained room is accessible without disturbing them."

"The place is remote and fabulous with a steep gravel driveway and set far above the road for noiseless nights of stargazing.
