"Great property a very short drive from Selfoss. We stayed a week in early November. The check in book is very thorough. I am very glad the beds were comfortable (rare these days with rental properties) and the owners were very quick to respond with all communication both prior and during our stay. "One of the best accommodations we have in our trip. Place was really clean inside and 2 large lobby room served as a way for us to play games and eat food with while family. Best part is we were the only ones for the 3 nights we stayed. Highly recommend this place for big family. "

"The cottage is in the perfect area to view the northern lights. It’s just close enough to the nearby town and just far enough to not get the light pollution. The outdoor hot tub for each individual cottage is perfect to sit in and watch the lights. They have the cutest ‘community’ dog that is very sweet and so well behaved. Just be aware if you are allergic to dogs! The bed seems to be a bit old and it was awkward to have just one side to get in and out through as the rest of the bed is up...

"Everything was just perfect. The house is new, very beautiful and super clean. Comfy beds, big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen... Judith, the hostess, is very nice and helpful, true representative of icelandic population. We also rented the car, which is well maintained and worked perfectly for us. The location is great to visit the south of Iceland: Golden Circle, Landmannalaugar, Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River and even Skógafoss. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit...
