Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. "

"It's super easy to arrive from and to the Heathrow Airport through Bus Line U3. The owners were really kind. It was a nice check-in process and they recommended me local restaurants and transport options."

"Just came back from a trip to London and stayed here. This place is wonderful!!! Highly recommend staying here. Staff is amazing, breakfast is fantastic (full menu included in your stay), rooms are immaculate and cozy. Beer garden out back, particularly nice addition in the summer. Bonus, a 2 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Worth the distance outside of central London. "
