great, cozy, great for 2-4 people
This house was cute and quirky and cozy! Lots of funky decor. Tom the host prefers to meet guests which was great as he showed me and my friend how to work the hot tub, the fire pit, etc. A few things to note and I'm sure could be assisted with: there were flannel sheets so you might get hot and there's only one sharp knife. But other than that, a great place to stay! The hot tub was awesome and has privacy with the fences and a view of the mountain. Nice perk/surprise: Tom also left us some snacks and coffee! Thank you!!

Green Escapes was very warm and welcoming. The residence was over the top clean and well put together. The host, Tom, was very prepared for us as guests. I would highly recommend Green Escapes to anyone.

Great property and host.
Stay went very well. The place was set up really well, with lots of vegetation, a nice hot tub and the right amount of seclusion. Very clean, had all needed supplies and extras. The host was a great guy, very hospitable, and welcoming, and helpful, took great care of us. Highly recommended and will come back again for sure. and helpful.

Botanical Dream
The place was a plant lover's dream. Trees, bushes, and flowering plants galore. The house was well kept, and very at home feeling. Our host was very welcoming with a tour and exchanged numbers for if needed but didnt bother us at all. 10/10 highly recommend. We loved the area so we look forward to another stay.

Amazing Escape
Green Escape was the perfect escape from our busy life. The host Tom, was super helpful and provided so many wonderful extras. I definitely would stay again! The hot tub was great. It was an a great location to downtown as well as other Asheville locations.

World's Best Host
The property was great...very clean, a nice hot tub and heated outdoor shower was a great ending to a day spent out at youth soccer fields! But, as nice as the property was, Tom was an even better host! He was prompt and helpful with communications, often anticipating questions we might ask and answering them before we had to. He made us feel completely welcome and even offered to allow us to come back hours after we checked out in case we wanted to shower after soccer and before getting back on the road to go home. Incredible touches like stocking waters, other drinks and even fruit & pastries for breakfast. We usually go to the Asheville area 2-3 times a year and from now on we'll try to stay with Tom any time we go!

Absolutely wonderful!
My cousin and I stayed at this beautiful property over the weekend. Tom is such a kind, warm, and inviting host. He provided us with everything we needed and more. Wonderful Stay
From the moment I arrived I felt right at home. Tom was so attentive and friendly. The home was clean, warm, inviting and a sanctuary away from busy downtown Asheville. Love the eclectic feel of the decor and the beauty of the outside greenery and surroundings. This will be my go to vacation place for my stays in Asheville.

Asheville Weekend
Tom is an amazing host! He greeted us as soon as we pulled up and gave us a great tour of the house. It was perfect for a our little weekend getaway. He has a very clean and nice stay. He has cable tv, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and he had snacks there for us, a hot tub etc. It was in a good location too. Super close to downtown!

A Total Dream!! Hot Tub Sunrise in the Mountains
Tom was absolutely stellar! His house was impeccably clean, his communication from day one was on point. He had pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, water, snacks… amazing!! And having sat in a hot tub and watched a sunrise over mountains with something to write home about. If you were thinking of renting this place, look no further because it is A+!! While his house was not totally baby proofed… he didn’t complain one time that our little one had rearranged a lot of his beautiful stuff in his house. A gentleman and very kind, will definitely rent this again!!

Green Escape was Perfect
My friend and I stayed at Tom’s lovely property, Green Escape for a girls getaway. Location perfect, convenient to Asheville and Black Mountain. Tom had lovely welcome snacks and his place is pristinely clean. The hot tub was wonderful. It was in a lovely residential neighborhood and Tom was an exceptional host. My friend and I would definitely visit again!
