Exceptional Views, Wide Range of Activities, Beautifully Appointed
Exceptional property to stay at with fantastic views of Lake Superior. Very well appointed. Large property with many activities at the house to indulge in including kayaking, playing basketball, lying in a hammock, making smores over an outside gas rectangular flame appliance, .... Owner provided many useful items we normally require to buy including paper products, toiletries for the shower, etc. Attention to detail. Very easy to communicate with owner if I had questions about the house. Would rent this place again if I am ever in the area. Wonderful vacation spot in my opinion.

Great spot!
This property has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need and the large island was great for seating. The view of the sky at night was spectacular while sitting out by the firepit. The outdoor gas fireplace was very cozy, too.

Perfect lake getaway with our big family!
We booked this spectacular lake house with the hopes of having a relaxing family vacation and it exceeded our expectations. The house is fully stocked with everything a family could need, including things for adults to infants. We loved our days on the private sandy beach, using the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided. We then spent most evenings by the fire, roasting marshmallows and playing games. It is in a great location to hop around to other towns and we even did an excursion to Madeline Island! Overall, this is a 5-star stay and great for big groups! We hope to stay again.

Beautiful house on Lake Superior
We had a lovely time at this property on Lake Superior. It is a perfect place for families with young children because there was so much green space to explore/play games, and the little private beach was great wadding in the water. The house itself was clean and well-taken care of. We particularly loved the large, well-stocked kitchen, and the amenities for children--games, toys, books etc. The only downfall of our stay was that we came at the beginning of the summer season so not all of the amenities had been prepped for use yet (kayaks, screen doors etc.) That said, I would highly recommend this place, and I hope to return soon!

Great property!
Owners were great to work with. Place was as listed, and we loved the layout. The property was amazing and very private. The views were spectacular! The beach was a hit with the kids, and the kitchen was great for family meals; and was well stocked. The bathrooms were clean, and the linens were plush, and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend it!

Wonderful Lakeside Cottage
We loved our time here. What an incredible place! Rachael was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend this for a family vacation to the beautiful Wisconsin coast!

Breathtaking sunrises
Gorgeous waterfront property with privacy, comfort and style. The location was absolutely perfect! So close to many activities like boat tours of the apostle Islands, kayaking, shopping, wineries, hiking, you name it! We rented this beautiful home with high hopes and it did not disappoint. The owner Rachael was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The two kayaks provided by the owner, gave us the freedom to explore the shoreline and beyond. The cozy hammock at the waters edge got ours an hours of daily use by the reader in our family! The best part about the property is all the space! If you wanted privacy, you got it. If you want to hang out in a big group sharing stories, you have space for that too! Last, but definitely not least, were the unforgettable and breathtaking sunrises from the upper deck. They were priceless! We all set our alarms every morning for the sunrise. Then, some of us crawl back into bed :-) Memories to last a lifetime, thank you Rachael!

Little piece of north shore heaven!!
We loved our stay at Coveside. We have stayed in several place in Northern MN/WI but this is hands down the best. The beach is fantastic. We built a couple fires on the beach and watched the moonrise over the Ashland lights…absolutely idyllic. There are two kayaks that we used so much. And the cabin is so perfect. Beds and furniture are comfy, kitchen is very well stocked…honestly we wanted for nothing. Rachael was so communicative and had great suggestions for fun in the area. Already anxious to get our week booked next summer!! Such a gem!!

Great week with the family
Everything was great and this piece of property is a slice of heaven. The kids played outside and swam for hours on the private beach. The house had everything a person could want and more. Racheal was super easy to communicate with and gave us great information about the area. We hope to come back in the future!

Amazing private beach getaway made for family
I stayed with my in-laws, husband, and 6 and 8 year old kids. This place was a beauty and filled with fun. We had lots of room to spread out and everything we could need for making 5 star meals. The hot water was plentiful. The private sandy beach is what put this place over the top in our minds. We enjoyed the kayaks and beach toys...plenty of beach towels provided! The owners have thought of everything a family would need for fun, rain or shine. We gave up our plans to visit the museum in Bayfield so we could stay and enjoy the property longer.

Terrific house in a good location with great upgrades
This house was perfect for what we were looking for (to get away from the busy city life). Rachel was a great host; very easily available throughout the stay for anything we needed. All Appliances were brand new. the house had 2 kayaks which we used quite a bit. Great running/biking trails by lake Superior a short distance away. We all loved it and didn't want to leave.
