"This hotel is situation at at steep hill with a nice overview of the valey. Our room was as described. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpfull. They try to make every wish possible for you. "The view is wonderful and the room is nice. There is no room service except the breakfast. Nobody cleaned our room. They say that there is a kitchen but with very limited devices, impossible to cook there. Also, in our second night there was no water to take a shower. For me it is expensive considering ..."
