Great Location to stay in downtown! Gondola is a 5 min walk, can walk anywhere downtown in minutes. Host is very accessible to communicate with and is the perfect spot for a mountain get away. Have stayed multiple times at this unit.

Lovely Tin Anniversary
This place was perfect for our anniversary. Walking distance to shops and restaurant. Endless Trail possibilities. Play clean and orderly. Only thing bad that I can say about it is the floor and bath tile in the bathroom, it’s dated. Everything else was great would recommend and would stay here again.

No parking
When we arrived our first evening there was one parking spot. I did call the manager and found the parking pass in the condo. We were told we could park in the street but walking around the neighborhood there never was any parking. So we never moved our car and walked or rode the bus which worked out great. Also Saturday afternoon there were no towels in the pool area.the TV in the living room had 3 remotes finally figured which one worked the TV. The one in the bedroom had 2 remotes but my guess was you could only use a streaming service. We were gone most of our stay anyway. We had to listen to the air conditioning unit run the whole time even with the sliding doors open it was still warm in the condo. In the bedroom one whole wall was a mirror which only made it brighter in there at night. The bathroom door hinges made a noise every time we opened or closed the door. We did enjoy our stay and convenience of the condo. Our rating would honestly be a 3 out of 5 and definitely over priced compared to other places we have stayed though out the US and abroad. Thanks

Location, Location, Location!
We absolutley love Aspen and was looking for a place where walking everywhere would check our boxes, we found it. It was a lovely unit, close to everything, cozy, and great communication with the agent. FYI It's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. When in Aspen you walk so it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we had to check out 2 days into our stay due to a family emergency back home. So pleased to say that we received a refund for time not spent. I would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect Location
The property is a short walking distance to a lot of amazing restaurants and you are 200 yards from the lift and only 30 yards from the mountain. A perfect ski in and ski out location. Had an amazing time!!!

There were many hiccups in our trip but the property and owner were not part of them. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the owner was easy to get in touch with for any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall weekend in Aspen
Our stay at the condo was everything we hoped. Our unit was spotless and the view was spectacular. We were very impressed that before and during our the the management company made certain we could contact them if we had any problems or concerns. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property that is a little more than a block up the hill from Casa Tua. It’s a bit of a hike and on 3rd floor but the host was nice enough to send someone to help with my heavy luggage. Would definitely book again.

Great location and place. I true AC unit that is quiet would make this unit a 5 stars. Super noisy unit in bedroom. Hard to sleep if you need it on. Also quieter fan in the bathroom.
