"We really enjoyed our time at this little studio. It was in a perfect spot as far as location near other things to do and see. It was very private and the lane was very nice to walk our dog. Sitting out on the deck, we could even hear the barred owls at night calling each other. That was very special!"

"Kathy was super accommodating for our stay. Her place is perfect. Very peaceful with everything you need. We enjoyed the fire pit, plentiful firewood, deck, scenery, kayaks, and played some volleyball. The house is spacious and the beds are comfy. We just left and can’t wait to get back and stay here again! Please book. I searched for a long time and am so happy I found and booked this stay! "

"I enjoyed my week stay at Alling House. It was a step back in time to grandmothers house... Authentic old decor and architecture. Most reasonable prices. No room service. TV didn’t work, but I only wanted to watch the Presidential debate. Property is for sale. I hope new owners will spruce it up a bit. "

"The house is great and just as described. We got to enjoy some good pool time and family time. My daughter got married in Eustis at The Little Chapel of Love and this is where we stayed. Amy was a great host. She answered any questions I had and stayed in touch with us during our visit. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay is Eustis."

"Daniel and Rose are wonderful hosts. My time was cut short due to weather so I was bummed to have to leave early. I will definitely rent again when returning to the area. The house is spacious and the art is pretty cool! The pool is private too! Slept like a rock also. Close to everything without being in the hustle of it all. Also if you get to go see the manatees I highly recommend. Thanks so much! "

"The house was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The house was beautiful, with an open floor concept in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 3 driveways provided plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. "This property is e lower level, around 4600 sq ft, of a huge house. The owner, Ms Myra, lives on the upper level.It is a fantastic place for a party with many tables and chairs, plus sofas, love seats and recliners. The kitchen area is also large with a lot of counter space for food service. Ms Myra is an excellent host and very accommodating to special requests. Excellent facility!!"
