Wonderful house!
My daughter’s bridesmaids stayed in this home for the weekend of the wedding in Athens. It worked perfectly for them to be comfortable, get their hair and make up done and just enjoy time together. Plenty of bathrooms and space for nine women!

Great house
We rented this house for our daughter’s wedding weekend as a place to gather before and after activities. We had our 2 young grandchildren and 8 adults. There was plenty of place for everyone. The home was very clean and well taken care of and in a convenient location.Todd was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town.

2024 women’s swim and dive NCAA’s
We had an amazing stay, the house was absolutely beautiful had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was in a great location for going to and from University of Georgia, swimming pool, multiple times a day and close to easy shopping and fun restaurants. Our house was incredibly kind and allowed us to host the swimmers and their families for an end of the meet dinner. They were incredibly appreciative and all commented what a fabulous house it was. Had a wonderful experience for our first time in Athens.

Perfection in Athens
The property was beautiful ,basically brand new very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Great location with easy access to Uga and downtown. We were in town for parents weekend and stayed with a couple of parents and we had our kids over on Saturday for brunch we had a great time.

New year's Eve visit
The house was fantastic, very clean, and spacious - feels brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware, and complimentary coffee. The host is great and responsive as well. We had a great time with friends, walking downtown and to normaltown multiple times. I'd highly recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and the beds were as well. It was very clean and had all we needed. (would have liked at least 1 full length mirror. We were going to a wedding and that would have been helpful) The rooms were very big and had great closet space. Todd was available for any questions and was extremely helpful. Luxury getaway!!!
I figured let me check in, before i get to the family reunion in Greensboro! I wanted to see it before the rest of the family . The pictures didn't disappoint, it was sooo much better! It was welcoming and warm , the home had everything we needed and more, the bedding and linings was clean and soft, it was a luxurious getaway, We had a day to enjoy the home , all ages from infant to senior year was comfortable and felt relaxed in there own corners the house was spacious and we didn't feel on top of each other. Im glad my family came after the reunion, if they went to the house first they wouldn't have left . Thank you ! So much we definitely look forward to future visits.
