Nice getaway
We brought my parents out here for a little family time and some peace and quiet. This place is pretty well secluded; there are houses nearby but not within shouting distance. The grounds are lovely and the backyard has a nice deck, hot tub, grill and a table with chairs. That is where we spent most of our time. This cabin had the most comfortable bed out of all the places we've stayed. We picked this place since it backed up to Wayne National Forest; we planned to go hiking all weekend. However, there are no official trails into the forest and we were too nervous of getting lost to venture into the woods. But we enjoyed sitting out on the deck, listening to the wind blow through the trees and seeing the occasional wildlife peek its head out once in awhile. The only suggestion I could make for the owners is to invest in another streaming style television for the living room, like the one in the upstairs loft. We brought a portable DVD player, but the sound on the living room TV was so low we couldn't hear the movie. We would definitely stay here again though! Very nice place!
