"Had a great trip to Natchitoches for our girls weekend. We debated staying in town versus on the river and we’re glad we stayed on the river. The place was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the outside area each night, even though it was too hot to use the fire pit. Next time we stay here we’ll make sure it’s cool enough for that! :)"

"This home worked perfectly for our needs. We were there for a sibling reunion. The biggest issue we had was dealing with all of the stairs. The master bedroom is on the second floor and the two other bedrooms are on the third floor. We are all seniors so we had to minimize trips to our bedrooms. The hostess was wonderful and made us feel very welcome."

"House was as advertised. Fishing was great. We caught over 70 bream. Only one garbage bag was supplied. The dishwasher was broken. The TV in the main bedroom was not working right. These issues would not be particularly important except for the fact that the rate was $275 a night. Otherwise, the location, views and fishing were very nice."

"I specifically ask if I could go fishing. Was told 3 times yes. Got there and you couldn’t for the water grass and weeds. The boat house was being renovated, so they offered to put me in Yhe Pelican house. It was a tiny home, with a short small loft for a bedroom which had a ladder to access the bed. I couldn’t climb the ladder. I tried to rest on the futon. It was to hard. No Tv, games, not even a radio, no cell service. The place was clean as was the land scape. They refunded my cost.
