This house was fantastic. It was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and we had everything we could need. It was a beautiful place to stay on a quiet street. The owner checked in with us and was very easy to contact. Our family would love to stay here again.

Communication needs improvement

We visited Atlanta for the Botanical gardens featuring Alice in Wonderland. Definitely worth a visit. It was fabulous. We arrived at the rental and had never received any check in information from the host including a passcode to enter the property. We were stuck outside. The host was very difficult to get a hold of. We sent multiple text messages and phone calls and were unable to leave messages because the mailbox was full. even though in the property details it stated that he lived next door in the next duplex. This proved to be false and inaccurate on the description. A renter lives next door. We were stuck outside on the porch in the pouring rain with our luggage for nearly 45 minutes to an hour trying to get in the house. The description of the property otherwise is accurate. Based on how it looks. The cleanliness was pretty good. There was no resource book with things to do. Where to eat also described in the property details. The property details needs to be edited. It was very quiet and felt very safe while being in the middle of Atlanta with a great location.

CLOSE PROXIMITY TO ATLANTA MARKET

Close proximity to Atlanta market which is why we were in town. Quiet neighborhood, spacious and bright accommodations. Kitchen had all the amenities for an option to cook in. Comfortable beds with bathroom on suite. Washer and dryer. Be prepared to walk steep stairwell to bedroom. Completely doable but could see where older person might find it difficult. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Gem in the City!

Loved this listing. Myself and two other adults stayed here and we were so comfortable. The space is open, clean, and in such a convenient location. The check-in process was so easy and the host communicative. I appreciate the hospitality and will absolutely rebook.

What a gem! Highly recommend the home

Absolutely Lovely home! The house is on tree lined very nice street. The house was spotless and very spacious. It’s decorated beautifully with guests comfort in mind. Micheal was a great communicator. He Reached out to us before and during our stay. Very nice to work with. Locations was fantastic! We walked to restaurants and Oakland cemetery. Highly recommend the house!

Craig David Concert Get-a-way

My husband and I were excited to finally after 24 years get the opportunity to see Craig David perform in concert. His concert was amazing and your home was perfectly located less than 10 minutes away from so many iconic Atlanta venues. Fantastic for families

We had an amazing stay with our kids in this immaculate house. It’s been thoughtfully remodeled with high end finishes and is spotlessly cleaned. It’s in a fun enclave of really cute houses and is very centrally located. Highly recommended!

Great one day retreat!

This stay was perfect for me and my friends celebrating in downtown Atlanta. The place was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we need for our stay. Any thing that was needed host was a short message away. Would book again.

Hands down one of the best VRBO experiences ever!! The house is perfect - beautifully decorated, tons of space, immaculately cared for + cleaned, and the easiest parking I’ve ever found in Atlanta. And the mattresses… so comfy that I messaged the property manager to find out what kind they are!!! =)! The location is ideal and the property manager is so incredibly helpful + responsive. I could not recommend this home enough and will most definitely be back!
