Peach Bowl Trip
This trip was made even more Epic with our stay at Lions Gate. I will give it 1000 Stars. Absolutely Amazing. from the Pool, to Disco Room with DJ Booth to everything else. I highly Recommend This Place.

Wonderful Christmas at Lions Gate!
We had a great Christmas at lions gate! The home was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was super clean and in a great location. Everything from the pool to the beds was perfect and everyone had great things to say about our stay.

Perfect getaway
The house was well suited to our needs. The construction next door was a little annoying but nothing the owners can do about that. They also had a very well stocked medicine pantry that came in handy. Overall loved our stay and would come again!

Fantastic property!
My extended family and I enjoyed a recent long weekend at the very spacious Lions Gate property. The house was spotless and exactly as the listing pictures show. When we arrived, the property manager, Dennon, provided a great walkthrough of the house along with instructions on best using the amenities. We had one question on how to use some electronics during the weekend, and Dennon responded to my question VERY quickly. Everyone in my party had a fun, comfortable stay. I would highly recommend renting this location for your gathering.

Impressive Estate!
The property is spacious and beautiful! Just like the pictures. Fully stocked with supplies and many thoughtful details. Comfortable beds, and rooms are spaced perfectly for a quiet nights’ sleep. The house is stunning - designed for beauty and for functionality. The host was wonderfully responsive and helpful whenever we had questions (e.g., speaker system, theater connections). I’d highly recommend renting this estate. My only concern is that it has been well over a week since our departure, and the hefty security deposit has not yet been returned.

Glam Engagement Celebration
Lions Gate Estate was the perfect location for an engagement party. We hosted 15 adults at the home for cooking, outdoor activities, and hitting the dance floor. We used every room in the house (bar, theater, gym, living space) and we’re happy to have so much room to spread out and all of the amenities. Dennon was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Thank you!

Exquisite Property
The pictures do not do the house justice. The property is simply exquisite. We have a corporate retreat every year and needed 9 bedrooms for each of the 9 guests. Every bedroom is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and we spent an inordinate amount of time in the disco room! We plan to rent this house for our corporate retreat every year going forward.

Wonderful Location for Initimate Gathering
My family and I stayed here for a small wedding and it was absolutely fabulous. Pool, billiards, dance party, and beautiful dinners. Highly recommended property- it’s absolutely gorgeous.

Fabulous
The place - palatial mansion - looks even better than pictures. It is very spacious no cramming up in corners. The kitchen/family room area is wonderful for gatherings. The house flows beautifully from one area to another and is perfectly situated on the lot that features a fountain, fire pit, and lots of greenery and landscaping. We had a family reunion here and it was the perfect venue. A space this large is an ambitious undertaking - but so many details were attended to. Bottle openers, lighters, toiletries, cleaning (laundry, soap, dishwashing, paper towels) supplies, every cooking utensil you could want and just enough pots and pans. The grill/pool area is fantastic and even a bathroom at the pool house. I am a bit of a clean freak and I can say it was a very clean place. One of if not the cleanest I've ever stayed. The carpets were spotless, sheets/beds/towels high quality. We enjoyed looking at the lovely furniture throughout. The lighting in the house is beautiful. The fire pit is awesome at night with the fountain going in the back. The driveway layout is spot on and so easy (especially with a lot of people using ride share) to navigate. Love being able to pull up to the side door, drop things off, and park. The pool was heated sufficiently, which often doesn't happen. Pool towels were provided. The grill has everything, it's huge, clean, with a sink nearby, a bar, and it's a salt water pool, nice. Not only is there a huge pool deck, but a lovely porch overlooking the pool which was so nice. No mosquitoes, no see ums, etc. even though when we got there the temperature was 97. Everything was explained to us. They had a book on the kitchen counter with details for guests. The property manager was always available for questions about how to work this and that. The basement/home theatre/bar/wine tasting/gathering area setup was truly magnificent. We were considering a hotel for the event, but this was much much better. No corners were cut, This upscale experience in every way is a one of a kind place to stay in Atlanta, highly recommend.
