Christmas stay
My husband and I stayed here the week of Christmas. It was central to our two children and their families. The home was perfect for our needs. We were able to host our gift exchange with the grandchildren and there was even a Christmas tree in the living room. The home was very well decorated and all the furniture and beds very new and comfortable. The kitchen was also newly renovated. My husband even commented that this was the most home like feel of any we have ever stayed in. We would recommend it highly.

Cozy and Comforting
Warm and friendly when you first walk in. Beautiful decor and comfortable chairs and seating in every room. Open kitchen with an accommodating island for 6-10 people to gather and eat meals. Throws, comfy mattresses and linen, just like a home away from home. Would stay again. Owners are very responsive to your inquiries and helpful.

Nice house "apartment", quiet neighborhood, clean and tidy
The home is very much like the listing's photos. Clean and tidy. It is on a dirt road but only a couple hundred yards from the paved road. The owners live in the walk out basement under the "apartment". If you like to cook you will find the kitchen is lacking. The Mrs spoke to us on our way out and we told her that we were disappointed with the kitchen. If you don't cook, it won't be an issue.

Perfect place for girls getaway
Met my girlfriends for a long weekend. It was perfect with plenty of space. Had everything we needed. Our host was responsive and even gave us a tour upon our arrival. Lovely tranquil setting. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for long or short stay
We had a great time and appreciated the large kitchen. We were in town for a baby shower and the kitchen was perfect for food preparation. The location lets you feel you are away from the city, and still have shopping/restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this house! It was a group of 4 people getting ready for a wedding. It was a perfect house that was far away from Atlanta traffic but still close enough for me to get to Atlanta within 45 minutes. The house was SPACIOUS, giving every person ample amounts of space to live freely. It was a nice, clean home that I would love to return to.

Private, serene and quiet
We enjoyed our stay, but be aware that two of the bathrooms are in the master suite, and the other one serves two bedrooms. The shower in that bathroom is in a clawfoot tub, so its not super easy to use without making a mess. Other than that, high marks from all 3 of us.

Quiet, clean and relaxing
Very clean and peaceful. I did not understand from the listing that the owner's also lived at the location. However, the apartment is separate, private, and clean. The house rules were clear and well written. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a productive stay.

Perfect commute to Cumming, GA
My husband and I rented the house along with my parents so we could visit my brother and his family in Cumming, GA. Only a 13 minute commute! The bedrooms were perfect with private baths. The dual heat/air conditioning zones let us set our own temperatures for sleeping. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The road is infrequently traveled and has beautiful scenery for walking. The owners are very responsive and nice. We will rent the house again when visiting Cumming! 😊
