Best Rental so far
Other reviews have stated that their stay felt more like being at home than in a rental. I have to agree. It is a beautiful old house that has been renovated and made to be comfortable, from the updated kitchen to the comfortable couch in the TV room. My son recently moved to Marrietta. My wife and I met our daughter down there to visit. Not being familiar with the area, we looked at a lot of houses before deciding on this one. We couldn't be happier with the choice. It is in a great location (we walked to Marrietta square), it has plenty of room and a nice view of Kennesaw Mountain from the back patio or front porch. The house was well provisioned with anything you might need and more than we expected. The owner was great to work with as well. We plan on spending more time in Marrietta since our son is there and this will be the first place we check for availability when we do.

Convenient and a thoughtful host
The proximity to downtown Marietta is great and you’ll definitely want to explore it for food and shopping. It’s also convenient if you’re going to a Braves game, which we did. The host, Chris, kept us up to date and was very helpful. The house is about as well stocked as any VRBO I’ve ever been in.

Chris has done an amazing job with his home - it truly became "our" home almost instantly!
We loved the home, it had everything one could need and is filled with personal items that made it cozy and interesting. I would recommend this home and host to anyone! Easy to downtown Marietta and easy from airport.

Hidden Gem
Hidden Gem on “Top of the Mountain”. This place is very nicely decorated, It is also very quiet and in a safe neighborhood very close to the square. We would definitely come back if we come thru this area again.

Home away from home
This home was great!! I say home because it was more than a house!! It had the country feel in town! It was close to everything we had to do that week. The home was cozy quiet and comfortable!! The host was very responsive each time we reached out with any questions and even left lights on for our arrival at night!! Overall a great get a way but with all the accommodations of our home!! Well done!!

Best Home
This was a great home in a great location. I have stayed in many rentals, and this was the first one where I felt like I was in a home and not a rental. The home was very clean. It had more than ample stock of everything we could possibly need. Check in and out is very easy. Host is responsive to questions. I would love to stay here again.

This property exceeded my expectations at every level. The hosts were very accommodating which was very appreciated being from out of state. Loved the close proximity to the Marietta square and downtown Atlanta. Given the opportunity I would pick this property again! Loved it!!

Great stay
Stayed here for my brothers wedding. Great house with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Very convenient to Marietta square. Had an abundance of goodies from coffee to tooth brushes. Hope to go back again when we can have more time to enjoy the outside areas.

Girls get a way
Mother daughters came in for a baby shower. This place was perfect for the four of us. Enjoyed family nearby restaurants and breweries. We also spent a day in the wine country.

We were in town for a graduation and this lovely bungalow was perfect for us. It was perfect proximity to the beautiful Marietta square. This place was immaculate and full of charm and character. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed including coffee. The beds were super comfortable. Really nice porch and outside areas with great parking in back. Highly recommend!

Great work trip
I stayed in the house during a work trip and it was a great experience. The bedding and linen was very comfortable and the house was very clean on arrival. The kitchen had everything I needed and and everything looked new. The location was very quiet and a close walk to Marietta square. There was ample parking and it was easy to access the property with my large truck. The owners have done a great job with the property, I had no complaints. Will be staying here again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this house so much! The house has such a great deal of charm and character. We couldn’t stop admiring the great woodwork and decoration in this house. Everything you you need is there. Chris and Beatriz are amazing hosts. Very convenient to downtown Marietta. Best place to stay in Marietta square. 10/10.

This was a short visit, with family members and a physician appointment
Renting, check in was super easy. The home is an old home 1920, updated kitchen and bathroom. Neighborhood was fairly quiet, and walking distance to Marietta Square with numerous restaurants and antique shops . What we were not sure if was there someone in the upper part of home, as it had dormers and we occasionally heard noise, but saw a light in the up stairs portion of the home.
