Perfect Off Season Weekend
Unit is as shown. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need during beach season in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Clean unit but could use a deep clean to get splatters of the walls in spots. Only con was listening to every word the people in the other unit were saying while on the balcony and the music from inside when their slider was left open. But expected when renting a duplex.

North Brigantine Beach 3bdr, 4bath
Very clean, modern and well maintained. Well appointed furniture, all in excellent working condition. Linens and towels were all in excellent condition and no shortage of towels and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware, flatware and cooking utensils, dishwasher, toaster, Kuerig for coffee. Clothes washer & dryer on first floor. One block walk to the beach. Beach chairs aplenty, umbrellas, beach cart, two working barbecues, propane gas, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We rated this definitely a 5-star. Was exactly as advertised. Brigantine is a quiet, very safe, family-friendly place with a boardwalk but happily zero boardwalk stores and ticky tacky amusements. The sidewalks roll up at nitetime by 7PM which is just what we wanted. For excitement, we went to the ice cream shops which sell homemade ice cream. A large ACME grocery store 2 miles away.

Great Family Vacation
We had a great stay with our family. The location was prime! Easy walk to the beach with small kids. We also enjoyed walking to the school playground after dinner. House was setup great to have grandma stay on the first floor, and kids all fit up stairs with ample space to spread out. The owners were extremely easy to work with, responding quickly. They even had the cleaning crew stop by to roll out our trash cans!

Momcation
The stay was absolutely perfect for our group of moms to have some peace and quiet for a few days and experience a night out on the town in AC (definitely use the limo services listed). The proximity to the beach is very close and you can hear the waves crashing at night from the deck! I look forward to booking again--- next time with my family!

Location is perfect, quiet and only 2 blocks from the beach. Rooms are a great size, and the property is very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Property needs attention
The property needs updating. Refrigerator does not dispense ice. Garage fridge constantly beeped. Cook ware needs to be replaced. Not 2 matching wine glasses. I bought some. No ironing board- we bought one at ACE and it broke in 3 days. One hairdryer not working. Direct tv did not work in any bedroom. Sliding door screen needed replacing. Definitely plenty of beach chairs, and carts, umbrellas. Lovely neighborhood.

Very Nice Stay on Brigantine
Property was very nice for the price, it was our first experience with Brigantine as we’re normally used to Ocean City and the more Southern towns. I would definitely do Brigantine again, the town was quiet, very family friendly and this property 2 minutes to the beach if that.

Great beach getaway!
Well equipped kitchen, with a group of 10 we bring most of our meals. Seating is a little tight, but we manage. Lucked out with great weather even though the forecast was very bad! The location is perfect, not far from anything. This was our third year, and Pat is always looking out for you.

Wonderful Stay at 115B N. 11th Street
Lovely home and property that had many amenities; comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, 3 refrigerators, many chairs in the garage, great location, fun balconies; only disappointment is that the grill is a griddle top- so not a flame grill, so it is like cooking on a pan. It was also covered in grease from the last use-was never cleaned-and it was a large surface to clean which would have been a timely task, plus not worth transporting the grill out of the garage, and then having to re-clean all over again because food would taste like pan cooked food anyway. Therefore, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I brought foods for grilling, and had to cook in the kitchen instead. Otherwise, it is a perfect house for renting, and I would rent again and bring a small outdoor grill next time.

Perfect Place For Our Family Gathering
I read ALL of the reviews before booking a VRBO, and this property was exactly as expected. It is a lovely spacious and airy beach house. Our family of 6 adults were able to spread out and enjoyed privacy in each of the three bedrooms. Beds were comfy, bathrooms updated and kitchen was well equipped. The common areas were welcoming and we enjoyed meals at the dining table and outside on the deck. Only one block to the beach and a short drive to AC. We had a wonderful three days together and made a ton of beautiful memories.

Beach fun
This beach property was exactly what was described in the description. Location was perfect for us traveling with a 6 mph old. Very easy walk to beach. 1 block. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Miniature golf close by and golfing neighbors friendly and very quiet area. Would definetlely recommend staying here. The host. Was very easy to get a hold of and replied to our question quickly. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here

Family Vacation Brigantine
This was our second time visiting this property. The weather was beautiful the entire week. The property suited our needs, especially the adults in our party. We learned from our first visit to bring our own coffee maker as only a small one and a Kuerig were available. We did experience an ant problem and had to keep most of our food in the refrigerator. The owner did send an exterminator midway through our stay which helped. The sleeping situation allowed members of our group to have their own private space. The queen bed on the top floor was broken, however, and the frame appeared to have been temporarily propped up with pieces of wood making sleeping an adventure. All in all a pleasant vacation. The only downside is that there was no outside area for the kids to play, but after a day on the beach we managed. An enclosed outside shower would also help in reducing the amount of sand in the bathrooms.
