Football weekend
The apt. Was great for the weekend. Walking distance to downtown Auburn and campus or a short Uber ride. Apt. had everything we needed and host was easy to work with.

a great spacious location
This is the 4th property in Auburn that we have rented from these folks. As in the previous 3 times this was another very positive experience. They are fantastic communicators and respond quickly to any inquiries. This place was my spacious than I had anticipated it being – which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for things you may need to cook. The only thing I would recommend to any renter would be to bring earplugs to sleep as the upstairs neighbors can easily be heard while they are walking around very late at night. (this is NO fault of the owner). I would be happy to rent this spot again.

The property was nice and clean. It was perfect for our time in Auburn. Super close to downtown. But whoever was upstairs liked to vacuum and stomp around from 1-3am.

Spacious 2 bedroom/bath apartment located on the 2nd floor. A little tricky to get your luggage up the stairs. Also could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around in their apartment so that wasn’t very good. Couch wasn’t comfortable at all. Place was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Was surprised that I had to strip the beds. Really? Also arrived at night and it was very difficult to see the numbers on the lockbox.

Great spot right off the beaten path
This place has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Clean and well-stocked. Easy short drive or 30 minute ealk to the heart of downtown. It is on the second floor of a quiet condo building, so being aware that access could be an issue if stairs are difficult to navigate.

Needs updating
The property could use some updating. Kitchen and baths are old. They main bedroom bed is comfortable, but the other Matress is not. I guess for the price it was fine. Just seemed old. Furniture as well. But it was clean, and the location was also ok. About a 7 minute drive to Auburn University.

Super clean & cozy- bring earplugs!
Charming yet dated. Very clean. Great towels! The only thing that was really tough was all the loud stomping and walking around from upstairs. Poor insulation. Walls shake when folks above walk. Hard to sleep. Ear plugs were a lifesaver for us all. No fault of the property. It was great. Just unfortunate neighbors that live above.

Auburn A-Day Game
I have a tradition with my son and grandson from Jax, Fl where we come to Auburn for three days for the A-Day game. We got moved to this property when our other one flooded beforehand. This was fine, not quite as nice, but it is older. My only complaint is with the address. It lists as N.Donahue but it’s really on Porter off Donahue. But no big deal. We had a great trip.

Renter Beware! I don’t recommend them!
First, it smelled so bad that it was uninhabitable so I asked that they come and air it out or spray it and informed them I would be out all day. I came back then next day and they had done nothing except set a can of febreeze at the door. Second, I had no idea where I was staying bc they switched me to someplace else that I was informed of at arrival day and had no pics, etc so had to Zillow what the building looked like bc there were 2 close by and I had no info. When we tried to spray air freshener enough to overcome the smells, it flared up an asthma attack so we called the mgr at 11:30pm to ask to be moved to which she replied it was the middle of the night and there’s nowhere to go until after the weekend. This was just a nightmare and I would never rent from them again! Yes, we received a refund bc we weren’t able to stay there! But it ruined our trip and that’s not worth any amount of money!
