Set in a great location to enjoy so much that Auburn has to offer, the apartment was perfectly clean, very well appointed, and decorated tastefully, but not obnoxiously, with tigers and eagles and blue and orange. The daytime and early evening vibe is full of energy with the happenings on campus and at Toomer's Corner, and the apartment's deck and large gathering area is great for a get together with friends.
The late evening is another story; come 10:00pm the nightclub next door starts to get LOUD. The music is bone rattling and the open-air doors of the club allow the DJ's bass-thumping record turning to infiltrate your soul, regardless of where you are in the apartment. The rental company's provided noise machines in the bedrooms, even at full volume, are no match for the party at the club which lasts until 2:00am. I tried to survive the sound for two nights, but had to checkout early and move to another location in order to get some sleep on the last night of my stay.
This is a great apartment for so many reasons and if you are planning to take part in the party, staying awake until the wee hours, it would be perfect. I booked my stay for a Thursday through Sunday during the summer. A stay during the week when the club is less popular, or during the winter when the open-air doors may be closed, could possibly make the noise more tolerable.
