Wonderful Host
Ours was a short family stay of 5 nights. Tania gave us a very warm welcome and continued to make us feel at home throughout. Both she and Mike were ready with great advice on local activities. The apartment was exactly as described and superby equipped with many lovely touches. Overall, the best of many rental properties in which we have stayed.

Our hosts welcomed us on our arrival and were there to say goodbye; the house was well appointed and provided a nice ocean view; the beachlands location was a bit of a surprise but the ferry to downtown was convenient; overall a great introduction to the country

Superb!!
Our stay here spoiled us!! This home was clean, spacious and over the top appointed with everything a guest could possibly want. The fridge was stocked for breakfast and then some… Tania was so helpful and pleasant. She had copies of any information you would need in a binder. Location was perfect , beautiful view and a walk to restaurants and a market.. Thank you Tania for being an amazing host and sharing this fabulous location as we started our New Zealand adventure, you set the bar high for other locations to attain!

Ein wunderbarer Start in unseren Neuseeland Urlaub
Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und entspricht den Beschreibungen und Fotos der Anzeige. Eigentlich sogar besser.Da wir direkt vom Airport in die Unterkunft kamen, war es eine schöne Überraschung, dass der Kühlschrank gefüllt war (sogar ein Bier :-) und auch viele andere "Kleinigkeiten" waren vorhanden. Wir mussten uns daher nach dem langen Flug nicht gleich auf den Weg zum Supermarkt machen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das haben wir in diesem Ausmaß auch noch nicht erlebt.Wir haben auch selten eine Unterkunft gehabt, die so sauber war, wie diese.Tania ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, immer für uns da, aber auch mit dem nötigen Abstand. Als unser 3-jähriger ein gesundheitliches Problem hatte, gab sie uns Unterstützung.Die Lage war für uns perfekt. 40 min vom Airport, in einer angenehmen Wohngegend, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden. In das Zentrum von Auckland gelangt man unkompliziert. Wenige Autominuten bis zu einer Fähre, dort kostenlose Parkplätze, dann mit der Fähre in knapp 40 Minuten bis zum Hafen in Auckland. Man braucht dann keinen Parkplatz in der City suchen und ist nicht auf andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen.Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Falls wir jemals wieder nach Neuseeland kommen, wäre das wieder unsere erste Station.Tania ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin

We had an outstanding experience thanks to our wonderful host, Tania. She greeted us upon arrival, showed us through the condo, and went out of her way to ensure our every need was met. The home has a commanding ocean view. It was nicely appointed and spacious for two couples. Both bedrooms had a 3-piece bath. The queen beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an amazing holiday experience at an affordable price.

What a beautiful place and the most gracious host! We absolutely loved our stay in Beachlands. Plenty of room for 5 adults (one stayed in the rompus room. What an amazing stocked pantry and Tania went above and beyond as our host! Thank you for a great start to our NZ - AUS adventure!

Beautiful accommodation
We were very pleased with our stay. Walkable to the local complex and the beach walkways. The view of the sea was a treat from the deck. Everything we could have needed and wanted was provided. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. Tania made us feel very welcome and we will be back again.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. Tania is a wonderful host. Such a lovely lady. I have never felt so spoiled, even when staying a 5 Star hotels! The property is gorgeously decorated and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need (and then some) is provided. Would happily recommend to others. Beachlands delight
We arrived late so really appreciated the fully stocked pantry and fridge eggs juice bread fruit and so much more. There's a few steps up to the apartment but the view is worth it. The interior has all the luxury trimmings of five star retreat clean quiet super comfortable bed and each bedroom has it's own ensuite. Our hosts Tanya and Noel were so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making the last part of our trip memorable

Tania is fantastic and very helpful on making suggestions for your stay. The property is well stocked and provides all the conveniences of home. It is wonderful. Easy to get to without dealing with heavy Auckland traffic. Quick drive to shopping and a very nice local beach. Convenient access to downtown Auckland via a pleasant ferry ride; the terminal is less than 10 minutes from property. Luxury property and an outstanding value.

Tania is wonderful. She welcomed us when we arrived and gave us some helpful information about what to see in the area. She had everything ready for us and it was so comfortable and welcoming. Very clean and neat. The view is perfect! Great place to stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here just after arriving in New Zealand. We could not have picked a better place to stay and we were made to feel so welcome. Tania and Mike’s hospitality is amazing. Everything about the house was just perfect. We particularly enjoyed the well stocked fridge and sea view from the terrace and the cycle routes along the coast. The house is spotless and furnished to a high standard with so many personal touches. Overall, great house, great location and great hosts. Tania and Mike are definitely super hosts +++. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Great little getaway for a staycation. Lovely walks down to the seafront. Exceptionally well kitted out and luxurious inclusions. Breakfast fixings and other bits and pieces a real bonus.

Very peaceful and quiet with great views
Excellent facilities, made to feel like royalty. Tania is a very generous and welcoming host going that extra mile for us. One small issue we had was for our elderly mum who found it a struggle to get up and down the long outside stepped pathway which is also exposed to the weather - not suitable for elderly ones - has no wheelchair access. Otherwise we loved everything about the accommodation. A big thank you Tania!

The property is beautifully appointed and had an amazing amount of supplies for meals, snacks, etc. Tania was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, even assisting us with working out logistics of a day trip we had planned. Best Hosts On The Planet!
You could search the whole world over and not find kinder, more generous hosts than Tania and Mike! 👍 They provided our every need, and when we came a day late (accidentally), they were very concerned about us. They treated us like family and even shared their catch of the day for a delicious meal! Tania gave me some extra warm clothes to wear because it was cold and I hadn’t packed sufficiently. She spent time explaining where to go and what to do around the town. Their home is cozy, well-stocked and comfortable. It is close to the beach and has a gorgeous view. We absolutely LOVED our stay there, and feel like we made some good friends in Tania and Mike. They definitely raised the bar on what one can expect in a VRBO!👈

Luxury in Beachlands
A breathtakingly beautiful little 'french country' styled home that is well suited for 2 couples or a small family, however with the use of a tidy/trendy sleepout that doubles as a teenage heaven with the large screen TV, our family of 5 were very comfortable. This place couldn't have been more stocked with goodies from fruit to sweets and everything in between. We felt very spoilt, and the owners were lovely, lovely people. I highly recommend.
