"James provided my friend and I with the perfect accommodations for a long weekend getaway! Checkin was very easy, the house was clean, and everything was very thoughtful. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware and all of the small appliances (coffeemaker, toaster oven, air fryer, slow cooker, you name it). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We LOVED the quadruple sliding glass doors that let us lounge in the living room but still feel connected to the outdoors!...

"This was a captivating setting. If we were to stay there for a few days, it would have been delightful. As it was, we were driving back from Acadia NP. We just weren’t prudent. We were up for indoor camping and maybe even the wood stove, but elected not to stay after arriving after dark…totally our choice. Another time, it would have been PERFECT. "

"We rented this beautiful home for a girls trip. The property was very clean and spacious and we loved the screened porch dining area. The kitchen was well equipped with washer/dryer looked brand new. Coffee on the deck in the morning was lovely. It's very quiet and peaceful. We would rent again if we return to Maine. Property management was quick to respond if needed. So much better than a hotel!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful cottage, and our puppy was in heaven with so much space to run around. The location is convenient to many great restaurants and stores, and Acadia National Park is less than an hour away. The cottage itself had everything we needed (particularly loved the gorgeous views of the water, and the luxurious shower after long days of hiking:). "We stayed for one night in this lovely, rustic cottage and wished we had more than one day to enjoy the amenities, which was a fantastic lakeside spot with a dock, fire pit, kayaks, and wrap around deck. The cottage was charming and cozy, with an unusual layout with a loft above the 2nd floor bedroom. The one minor glitch to the trip was having to call Vacasa repeatedly for the access code to the house, which we did not get until we are at the house. "
