"There was lots of parking available. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful in pointing out where our room could be found and where the spa could be accessed near our room. "I stayed here as a wedding guest and was not disappointed. The room was really clean and very modern and overlooked the canal which was nice to see. The bed was quite high which other guests also commented on but was comfortable. The only downside was I couldn't find the hairdryer when needed but was told by another guest that the center compartment of the desk lifted up (this was not obvious) which housed the hairdryer and mirror. "I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. "
