"Had a fantastic week at the lodge with our adult children and preschool grandchildren. The kids LOVED running everywhere ! Even had fantastic whole family hide and seek. Explored some local sites, but also just enjoyed the property. The ac units upstairs were so welcome. It got a bit uncomfortable heatwise inside, but overall it cooled down enough for sleeping. "This is a very private property with lovely, cozy accommodations. Even though the super moon made Star-gazing less than ideal, we could not have had a better long weekend in this wonderful place. Chris was a wonderful host - excellent communications and check in was seamless. We had everything needed to cook and the beds were super comfy. And the hot tub!!! Awesome! "We loved the location. Saturday we did the Grand canyon of PA overlooks and some hiking, finished with Dinner at the restaurant right across the road. Sunday we went to the Corning glass Museum and the Lumber Museum and finished the day with the Tig Burger wow . We hope to come back in October maybe next time to see the leaves in full color and enjoy the screened in porch above the creek. "

"This property is clean and well appointed, pictures are accurate and up to date. Check in and check out are self serve, easy, and convenient. We used this property as a jumping off point to explore the trails of the Susquehannock state forest and were not at all disappointed. "Pulling up to the cabin the pictures were exactly what they showed. The inside is beautiful with all the great mounts on the wall. It was perfect and comfortable for 5 people. "Comfortable cabin set in a nice area with view of the creek from the porch. Nice size rooms, very clean, with just about everything provided for your stay. Driving distance to several points of interest, PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs State Park, Kinzua Bridge, etc. Several small towns to walk around, especially nice was Wellsboro, you can spend a day there. All in all, very enjoyable stay."

"The cabin was fantastic. The owner had the heat on at time of arrival. The entire experience was wonderful. Camp fire while deer were eating only a few yards away. We felt cozy nestled in the hills. "Overall, the cabin is what we expected. The interior was very clean and had more than we needed. What we didn't expect we the rear deck being full of leaves and the outdoor furniture there was mossy - obviously not used by earlier guests. the HVAC system was very noisy.
