"The place is great, especially the big screened in porch. If it's too cold (I guess it actually does happen in Austin) to eat on the porch or something, and you have more than two people for a meal, there are only two places to sit at the kitchen island. Otherwise, it's dandy. "

"We loved this home. The location was ideal, not far from any of the outings we did, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The house appears to be brand new and finished very well. The layout was so good that it felt much more spacious than 1k feet. Covered parking in the yard was ideal too. We’ll absolutely book it again for our next trip to Austin. "
