Only downside was only stocked with 2 trash bags and one extra roll of toilet paper. Kitchen cooking stuff limited also.

Real find - What's not to like?
Will definitely stay here again. All new, nicely decorated, lots of things to do, good communication, pool, hot tub, game room and well located. Highly recommend!

Great!
It was comfortable and super clean. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The game room was an added bonus! My kids loved it! My only suggestion would be to maybe use a less potent cleaner. It was obviously cleaned, but the smell from the cleaner in the refrigerator made me hesitate to put my food in and trap it with the super strong chemicals.

Fun Bachelorette Getaway!

Very nice, clean, house just north of Austin
Overall the house delivers on what's advertised. We found the place clean and well stocked with the essentials, pool in good shape. We made use of the washer/dryer and ping pong table, all the rooms, kitchen, etc., and everything was as shown/expected. It's reasonably far north of downtown, but there were a ton of excellent spots to eat and hang not far from us, which was kinda perfect for our crew (kids+parents). Would stay there again.

Family Event
The Willow was a great retreat for this sibling reunion (myself & spouse, 1 sister, + 1 brother). We visited with other family members in Austin as well. The stay was a pleasure. When we had one bothersome issue, the owner responded promptly and made it go away. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool very much.

Nice and cozy
The house was nice and had room for the 6 people in our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast and prepare meals. The dish pods and laundry pods were a nice touch. The neighbor's dog barked several nights, but around 10/10:30 they finally got it to stop or to take it in. Also, the beds are advertised as queen sized, but they are full-sized. For that, I'm deducting one start, because it really was not as comfortable for all of us as it would have been with true queen beds. The pillows on the beds were also not very comfortable.

Great getaway!
We usually don't spend much time in our rentals when we travel, but we kept finding ourselves going back and relaxing. The house was very clean, adorably decorated, and well stocked. We loved the hot tub and playing games in the garage. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was just as I had hoped for however, I rented this home for the hot tub. That was the deciding factor for me to choose this home. The hot tub was a BIG disappointment. It smelled like a pond, green and slimy. Too bad.

Convenient to nearby amenities tucked in a quiet neighborhood
This was a great place for everyone in our family, young and old (grandparents and our kids). The location is convenient to nearby shopping and thoroughfares yet tucked into a quiet little neighborhood. Comfortably arranged with modern / fun decor, everyone left noting they would DEFINITELY return. It was a great value and easy to access / enjoy reaffirming use of VRBO versus a hotel.
