Weekend stay
Stayed with my 2 daughters. Centrally located so everything was within 10 mins. Property was exactly as stated. Communication with manager was excellent. Would def recommend and will stay again.

Perfect for UT visit
Great location, perfect stay for family. Walking distance to Grocery, 6th street and more. Stayed for UT football game and everything is either walkable or very short drive. Would stay again!

Communication and check in was easy. The home was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. We walked to get dinner the first night. Everything worked well for our short stay here.

My coworker and I were visiting for their pride festival and had a wonderful. Some highlights: close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, inexpensive ride share, walkable diner and convenience store.

AVMA Convention Stay
Amazing house!!! Beautiful overall. Clean and accurate listing, prime location in a VERY safe part of Austin. Excellent communication with the managers of the property, immediate responses when I needed anything. Beds all very comfortable, bathrooms very well stocked and appointed with great soap, linens. Kitchen is seriously so nice, often with VRBO you have leftover kitchen tools - not the case here. Amazing quality cookware, was actually able to prepare meals. Only point of improvement I could suggest would be to have some basic spices and cooking oils in the kitchen, but with close grocery stores this was obviously not necessary. Absolutely would love to stay here again!

Overall decent stay
Stay was overall decent. The property could use TLC as it is older. Be prepared to wait for the house and fridge to cool down for a good 24 hours after arriving to a comfortable temperature and to be able to use the fridge. Communication at first was great, but I received no response to 2 texts directly after leaving regarding a left item that I asked to pay to have shipped to me and a nail that stabbed me on the front screen door. Also, there is no “walkway” into the house - only rocks, & steps. This makes it difficult for those with heavy suitcases or my older relative that arrived prior to me.

This house was a perfect house for a weekend in Austin: - Downtown was only a 5-minute Uber ride - A grocery store, coffee shop and a couple of restaurants were just one block away. - The house was super clean with everything that we needed.

Great location to access our daughters wedding reception at Jeffrey’s
TERRIBLE access to the property. There is no safe walkway for 80 year olds trying to get in dragging suitcases. If I had been aware of this I would not have rented here although the cleanliness and kitchen were great. The location was just what we wanted. The television should have cable as we are non streaming adept people. How about a handi-wipe for the kitchen? The bed was great. The shower in the second bedroom was great for us but perhaps a grab bar should be there for safety. I guess you do not have many older people in Austin but that is the stage of life we find ourselves in and we took a chance rather than a hotel. Overall it was a wonderful place for a wonderful occasion. My comments are meant to help continue to keep this little jewel and make it better

Place was just like listing. (We were curious about the pool in the back?!) One bathroom fan was non-functioning. Kitchen fairly well-equipped. The neighborhood was really calm and peaceful which we appreciated.

Perfect Location
The house was very cozy and it was laid out perfect for two couples. The location was perfect. We had bars, restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots and two markets right around the corner from us. We were also close to everything we wanted to see. Good times.
