ideal get away from city life.
Well maintained home, close to river Colorado, minutes away from boating, ideal for a 10 people. Had an issue with AC which was promptly taken care of.

the house is big enough for 7 people the amenities were ok except for the fire pit.
the house is nice and spacious. Lacking kitchen supplies and clean porch. The house has great potential if those few are addressed.

Nice property
The property was amazing and perfect for our family. It was nice to have the pool table. There is an electronic dart board but they didn’t have the correct darts so we couldn’t use it. The fire pit was very nice also.

Top notch areas! -Comfy Mattress and bedding -No pet odor -Comfy den with amazing view from kitchen -Amazing neighborhood with NO traffic! -Friend deer with adorable babies! The negatives - Steep areas in front and back - Grass burs in back can hurt doggie paws. - Lake is all private in Lago Vista

Friends reunion
We had two families stay at this property while meeting up with a third that relocated to Austin. Chris (local property manager) was fantastic to work with, and made us feel at home before we even got there! The house was exactly what we were looking for & in a perfect location for both Austin excursions and lake days. (Noted…..the property itself does not have lake access & we didn’t expect any. Dink Pearson park is just up the road, and we also took advantage of local attractions).

Beautiful home with excellent view
Great home to share with friends and family for graduation weekend! Private decks out back were enjoyed by all, especially with a hot cup of coffee overlooking the lake.

Christmas House
Our family rented this house for Christmas. We had three children ages 1-3. The space was great. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The backyard was very nice with the firepit.

Great Property (very minor TLC)
The house exceeded all our expectations. The lake view was awesome and the game room was a blast. Everything was excellent with the only issues is the oven door handle was missing and the bottom storage door on the oven was unattached (easy fix). Also, the yard could have used some attention as it was quite overgrown. Would highly recommend if you want peace and relaxation!

The view is amazing!
I absolutely loved my stay here, it was big enough for all my friends and family and the house was clean and very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were all well kept. The only complaints I have was the check in and the living room TV. It took us 45 minutes to check in because they gave us the wrong code, when I called customer service they said they text me the correct code but I never received it. Once the operator told me the correct code it was easy access. The WIFI wasn’t working so the TV was giving us issues. But other than that everything was great. Who needs TV when you have a view like that anyways? I’m grateful for the experience, I’d stay again!

Lake House
It was an amazing house. Great for entertainment but there is no access to the lake or any body of water for more than a 30-minute drive. The description of the property says just a short walk to the lake however unless you plan to illegally enter the lake without a pass and after a 20-minute walk in the woods then... The gas grill did not cook our steaks so we had to cook inside. I know now that this house is only for entertaining and the amazing view.

Overall nice house, the cleaning service they use needs to be replaced, floors where dirty and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from last quests.

VRBO, Vacasa and homeowner triangle = loss for renter
Covid19 world has put vacation- home rental into a spin and the loss is for the weekend rental as we struggled desperately trying to get answers to questions, extend checkout an hour and then after that frustration, standing in 100 degree heat for 40 minutes , due to incorrect house-code. Sadly, our family won't be returning to VRBOland any time soon.

5 star views, and accomodations
This property is as it is listed, Great. 5 star views, furnishings and even the accommodations for the puppy dog are 5 star ! our family had a wonderful time seeing the deer every day, and enjoying the home.
