appartement ligt op mooie plek en alles dicht bij de hand paar opmerkingen het was zeer stoffig, als je met sokken over de vloer liep werden deze vuil. afwerking van stopcontacten laat te wensen over, ook achterstallig onderhoud in een van de badkamers servies goed is karig en zeker niet ingesteld op 7 personen voor de rest een leuk appartement

Appartement spacieux
Excellent séjour dans un appartement spacieux, très bien situé proche de tous commerces, du centre-ville et des quais de l'yonne. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la présence de 2 salles de bain permet de gagner du temps lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Le petit plus, un parking privé situé dans un quartier pas facile pour se garer.

fabulous apartment in a great location
WE had a great stay in this apartment- really spacious. Lovely views from windows. Although it was stipulated, i hadnt noticed that towels were not supplied. This was problematic. I would urge the owner to provide them in the future to cater fofr travellers who are coming from further afield who do not have towels with them. I would also have welcomed a hot water kettle to make tea.

Bonne adresse à Auxerre
Tres vaste appartement extrêmement bien situé au coeur d’Auxerre. Que ce soit boulangerie, restaurants ou superpermarket tout est à proximité. De plus le centre historique et des sentiers au bord de l’eau sont tout près. Hautement recommandé.

Lots of room
Don't let the low price concern you, this is a nice, big apartment overlooking the river, with full size laundry, kitchen, and secure parking just behind the property. Banc, Poste, Bakery, Cafe next door and some local restaurants within a short walk. We enjoyed Le Rendezvous just down the street. Claire was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Belle une belle vue sur l'Yonne. Parking à disposition. Situé au bord du centre ville, cela permet d'effectuer toutes les ballades intramuros à pied.

Un appartement logeable, confortable et très bien situé !
Nous avons pu apprécier le confort, l'espace et le style de ce superbe appartement, lors de retrouvailles en famille pour un week-end. Même à 7, chacun y a trouvé sa place! La situation est idéale dans Auxerre, et les commerces environnants raviront les gourmands (Fromages de Thomas et Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Roy...)! Au plaisir d'y revenir!

Comfortable apartment, good location, wonderful views - just needs a few basics
This is a very nice, comfortable apartment with a wonderful location on the river with easy access to all the Auxerre sights. The views were amazing and having the top-rated Eric Roy boulangerie-patisserie across the street was an added bonus. The lockbox system to gain access to the apartment worked well. Communications with the owner were always prompt. There were just a few things that would have made our stay more welcoming. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and have come to expect that at least a small supply of basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and detergent to be provided as well as a hair dryer. This was not the case and we had to run out to the store the evening we arrived to purchase these. It would have been really nice to have them already available. In addition, even through we were told before, having to provide our own towels was something we had never had to do in a VRBO property. Since we were traveling from overseas, we had to buy towels after arriving in France which was an inconvenience. As the house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people, it would have been good to have more than 4 coffee mugs and we couldn't find any wine glasses, which was a surprise. Regardless of the blips, we had a very nice time in staying in this apartment. The washer and dryer were excellent and much appreciated. It was well suited to our group of 5 adults and we were very comfortable there.

Appartement très propre, très spacieux, bien décoré, confortable, doté de tout le nécessaire.Literie excellente. Conforme aux photos. Idéalement situé pour se promener à pieds dans Auxerre et rayonner dans la région. Immense Leclerc juste à côté, boulangerie pâtisserie délicieuse de l’autre côté de la rue.. à ne pas manquer ;-) Contact aisé avec Claire. En résumé : une bonne adresse !

Super Lage, tolle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist neu renoviert, neue Küche, neue Bäder und neue Betten. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Check-In/Check-Out hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, fast direkt neben dem Fluss, im Parterre ist eine Metzgerei, eine Käserei nebenan ein Bistro und um die Ecke eine Apotheke und eine Bank. Über der Strasse ist eine Bäckerei mit feinem Brot, eine Brasserie etc. Das Zentrum der Altstadt hat man zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.
