"The place was in a good location, plenty of space inside and a tiny outdoor patio with grill. Communication with the owner was great, and checkin was easy. The downsides were that nothing for the beach is provided- no beach towels, chairs, etc. The beds were pretty hard. No A/C but many fans were available. "I've lived in So Cal all my life and had never been to Catalina. This place we perfect! Very nice accommodations with a beautiful ocean view. My family used the tennis courts, volleyball court, lawn (spikeball), and of course the workout room with the best workout view ever! It's great to be able to take a short 7 minute golf cart ride to town...and then leave it behind to come back to complete peace and quiet. Highly recommend this!"
