"We were a family group of 13 & felt the house met all our needs. Franco greeted us warmly and was on hand with lots of help. We loved the beautiful town of Montecarlo, a 20 minute walk away, where we enjoyed our first lunch together & several evenings. Spent an afternoon locally on a vineyard tour which was superb. "Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es hab wirklich 18 Personen ausreichend Platz in dem Haus. Toll ist das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Das Haus bietet drinnen und draußen ausreichende Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch der Pool und das weitläufige Gelände ums Haus ist einfach super. "

"Wir waren super zufrieden. Alles sauber, tolle Vermieter. Der Pool ist der absolute Traum. Das Haus liegt perfekt. Zum Strand sind sind es 25 Minuten, nach Lucca 15 Minuten und Pisa ist in 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage, für uns war das aber kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu erreichen."

"Der Aufenthalt im Haus Casa Capella war wunderbar. Wir waren zu 7 dort und hatten genügend Platz. Der Pool und die ganze Terrasse waren so toll, dass wir garnicht jeden Tag weg wollten. Die Kinder konnten sich austoben, ohne das man das gefühl haben musste, dass sie jemand stören, da das Haus vollkommen allein steht. Im Haus selbst hat uns nichts gefehlt… nur zu empfehlen"

"Das Haus lag sehr sehr schön in den Bergen. Der Ausblick war super, leider hat man das Meer nicht ganz so gut gesehen (Bäume im Weg). Das Haus war umzäunt und ist perfekt für Hunde. Der Weg dorthin war sehr abenteuerlich und eng mit dem Auto. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Einzug waren die vielen Ameisen die teils auch von der Decke gefallen sind. Das Bett im EG gehört erneuert und das Bad im Haupthaus auch. Sehr geringer Wasserdruck und die Toilettenspülung lief...
