"This was perfect for a long weekend. We typically spend a lot of our time in Avon by the pier so this location was perfect for us. It was a slight tight fit because husband just *had* to bring several surf boards but it worked out just fine. Kitchen was stocked well and host was very informative of how to use the space the best. We would definitely stay again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues day 1 that maintenance responded to immediately. They were quick and friendly. The house it's self had a good layout and decent bedding. "This property and host accommodated us incredibly well. Everything was very relaxed and laid back and simple on one level. We were able to cook all of our meals at the house. "Our family just returned from a one week stay at the Tidewatch, and could not be more pleased. House is exactly as presented, was clean, and the location to the beach and local businesses that we enjoy cannot be beat. The driveway is the nicest on the street.
