"Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation"....

"A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. "Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"

"The Villa is as good as the photos , great location and the pool is the best we’ve ever had when staying at a villa. Very private , spacious and close enough to walk into Coral bay to enjoy all the fantastic restaurants. Nothing else to say really apart from if you’re looking to stay in coral bay you won’t go wrong with this villa.
