"I was very comfortable in Dr. C's space. She was very communitive and superbly cordial. The property was well maintained and tidy. I loved the yard. "We stayed here for a night while attending a concert at Jones Beach. It was the perfect quiet getaways for us and the two pups. The space is cozy, but had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor area was well set up on the water for a relaxing time. Michael was also very accommodating and extremely responsive, often responding within a few minutes. We would love to stay here again in the future. "

"The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard area around the apartment was private. I loved that I only had to walk 2 blocks to get down to the beach and the boardwalk. The apartment was incredibly cute and very clean. All the appliances that I needed were there. The host was very responsive to my texts and kind. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone!"

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

"It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...
