"This property is half way between Fairbanks and North Pole. It is quiet and easy to get in and out of. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the shopping area in Fairbanks, but we were out and about every day anyway. We felt like this was a nice property for us. There were a few things we would have liked that were missing in the kitchen and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but we were very comfortable there."

"This was an incredible place to stay. The property was just as advertised. Clean, well appointed with plenty of room. It is also very centrally located to everything. You might wanna do while you visit Fairbanks. The owner kept in touch and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this property enough to anyone that is visiting."

"This was the perfect place for our northern lights adventure. It had the best set up, with a large north facing window where we could watch for the lights from the warmth of the indoors. "The property is amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. We saw the northern lights 4 different nights. The family all enjoyed the hot tub. There were single digit and below zero temps are entire stay but the hot tub still got plenty of use as well as the fire pit. I highly recommend this as a vacation rental while in North Pole/Fairbanks"

"This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. It isn't far from the passenger train depot and was an easy drive from the airport. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has anything one would need to prepare a meal. Two off street parking spaces with easy access to the entry. While outside one afternoon, I briefly spoke to a neighbor who was a very nice, polite young man. I have already told several friends who plan to visit Fairbanks about this place!"
