"A small quiet condo hotel on the beach. I had a spacious ocean front suite with a beautiful view. It rained the entire time I was there, so I did not get out on the beach, but did swim in the pool, which was heated and spotlessly clean. The unit had very comfortable seating, and a king sized bed. "Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. Would stay again for sure. "

"We had the family together to celebrate a monumental birthday. The amenities were awesome and all little things were considered when setting up this property. Communication with the host was extremely timely, and any issues, however small, were dealt with promptly. Would have like to have an extra hour to check out, was difficult rounding up the kids, however, all instructions and timelines were extremely clear! Cant wait to come back, thank you Michelle for being an outstanding host!"
