"Would recommend to anyone. Our family stayed here in 2014. Upgrades on furniture since then we're great. Beds were all comfort, which is huge for us since we used them all. Three generations of us enjoyed the property, house and that fantastic view. What was our family farm (1940’s) could be seen across the valley making it extra special. Thank you to our awesome hosts. Your place allowed us to gather together for a tough weekend."

"This location is amazing. The river is right in your back yard. So clean and great for fishing. Our dogs loved going for daily swims. The house is nice. Looks just like the photos. "Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again."

"We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults...
