Great stay!

Wonderful location—wonderful house!
We did a lot of touristing on Bainbridge Island—but really we could have happily stayed at the house all day, enjoying the cozy fireplace and beautiful view. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, and a very well-equipped kitchen! Highly recommended!

Yes; This Cottage is Cozy and Perfect
My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in October. We had high hopes, but this cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. Deb is an excellent host and spoke with us personally about our travel plans, and provided suggestions, hints, and a generously thoughtful welcome basket to get things started. The location is quiet and private, and the cottage is well equipped and very clean, with extra touches that we appreciated. We especially liked that Deb kept the character of the original cottage with tasteful and comforting updates. And the view cannot be overstated. It's simply beautiful and changes throughout the day and into the night. I especially enjoyed getting up early to watch the morning roll in from the deck, but the evenings were a very close second. Bainbridge Island is a really great vacation destination. It has a remote, unspoiled feel to it, yet it's quite close to countless other places and activities. And after a day's wandering, we were perfectly happy to return to the cottage. And we were very sad to leave.

10th Anniversary
The view is “to die for”. Watching the ships is mesmerizing and Ranier is spectacular. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens but you won’t want to come in from the deck. Driving the road is quite the adventure. Luckily we never encountered another vehicle coming from the other direction the whole week.

Peaceful and Pleasant
Host was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. The goodies provided were much appreciated. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed and the living room areas were spacious and comfortable with great waterfront views. Unusually cool and rainy conditions for August kept the view of Mt. Rainier out of sight unfortunately. Enjoyed our stay!

I think this was my 5th time staying here, the 1st time with my grown kids. I love this house. The views can’t be beat! It’s secluded, yet close enough to town, and the house is equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I always look forward to staying here.

A beach house in the trees
After spending time in Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula, we were looking for a few quiet days to conclude our vacation. The cottage was everything we needed! Our hosts thoughtfully curated a welcome, comfortable, neat and clean cottage home. A beach cottage in the trees! When Rainier showed herself we took in her beauty while sipping coffee on the deck by day, as well as wine by the campfire on the bulkhead at night. To our surprise and excitement we discovered a gorgeous view of the Emerald City from the bulkhead and beach!! As others in the comments said, our hostess Deb is an amazing communicator and available for any instruction and/or questions. Deb made us feel like her guests that she invited to her vacation home. Thank you!

Incredible Getaway
Nothing but five stars for everything - from the booking to the check out! The communication from Deb from start to finish was wonderful. The home itself is so cozy and welcoming and the view is incredible- we had a couple clear days with Mt. Rainier in the distance. The hospitality when we arrived with wine, cheese, crackers and fruit was appreciated and enjoyed during our stay. I would book this property again or another one of Deb’s properties on Bainbridge!

The coziest cottage
First, I was impressed with the host who recommended activities and made sure I was settled in. Then, the view! Although the March weather kept us from exploring on bikes or kayaks, we kept busy with the view out the living room windows. The view is amazing: boats, city view and mountains. The kitchen has everything you need to create feasts. The bathroom has a claw foot tub, bubble bath on the shelf and deliciously hot water. I felt as though a friend had welcomed me into their well stocked home. We had a lovely stay and I hope to visit again.

The place is awesome. The owners are also awesome.
Me and my friends stayed one night in this rental and we had an awesome experience. All those things you usually look for in a rental place (cleanliness, communicative owners, etc.) are all present. Deb was an awesome host and just fun to chat with throughout the whole process. I'm definitely gonna book with her again if ever I go to Bainbridge and celebrate a special day/weekend with friends or family. 10/10 experience.

Chilly extended weekend on Bainbridge
Wonderful stay. Cannot say enough about the attention the property manager allotted. She was very attentive to ensure we had a great stay. It’s all about the view with this property. It was pretty cold during g our stay but we were content with relaxing and taking just in the view. Incredible!

Cozy Cottage was everything you want in a VRBO
The cottage was roomy and had lovely decor. It was such a great space with plenty of rooms and amenities. The property was well kept and the view was spectacular. Right on the water with a wonderful view of Mt. Rainier and Seattle. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Amazing Place
The property is a perfect location for relaxing and unwinding. The views from the living room and deck are spectacular. Deb was the best host ever, highly engaged and provided us with a great amount of information regarding things to do as well as recommended places to eat. This is a place we would come back to for sure. Highly recommend this property!

A beautiful cottage in an idyllic, picturesque setting
It was our first time on Bainbridge Island, and I can't imagine a better place to do it. The cottage is comfortable, well-equipped and ideally located. It's surrounded by woods and water, with a killer view of Puget Sound and Mt Rainier (when the weather cooperates.) When I say 'well-equipped', I've never been in a VRBO provisioned as well as this one. Waiting for us was wine, Prosecco, cheese, salami, Biscoff cookies, and more. One could survive a day or two just on the snacks there. Deb, our host, was always just a text away, checking in and answering questions, whether about the house or the Seattle ferry. If you're going to Bainbridge Island, this cottage should be on your short-list.
