"This property is truly a gem. Cheri is very attentive and thinks of everything. She communicated with me prior to our arrival and everything was just as promised. This studio is truly everything. It is very clean, very comfortable and decorated just beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. Our favorite part was looking out the back windows and doors from the bed and the kitchen. The trees are just memorizing and we felt like we were in a little oasis....

"Loved this place,especially the views from the upstairs & deck! Jen was very easy to communicate with & super simple check in. Lovely that we were given a bottle of wine, cheese, snacks & fresh eggs! So nice to hear running water from the fountains while you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can even feed the animals and pick your own lavender ;-) Close to all surrounding towns and winery's, couldn't be better. Thank You Jen!"

"We had a great girls weekend stay at The Coop. The property is so unique and spacious, there was plenty of parking, multiple living spaces to relax in, and the pool felt great on a warm weekend. The home was well equipped with kitchen tools, towels, and other necessities. We enjoyed grabbing a few eggs from the chickens in the morning as well. We noticed a few spider webs, spiders, and other bugs around the property. I'm sure it's normal for a more rural area but might be due for a pest control...

" We recently visited the Olive Branch Farm over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was by far one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had in the Santa Ynez valley. Debbie is an exceptional host, who is kind, communicative, and generous. The property is well kept, clean and has every amenity you can think of. "The studio looked just like the pictures. The studio is perfectly located close to town and we enjoyed the convince of walking around the town. We felt very safe in town and at the studio. We enjoyed their sweet puppy and the hosts were very thoughtful allowing us to feel very comfortable. We would definitely go back. "

"Six of us stayed at this home and it was a great fit for our group. The location is superb and the house had just what we needed to get things ready for a wedding weekend for our daughter. The kitchen was roomy and had lots of items which made it very useful. We were able to relax and the location within a block of town made it perfect for walking to great spots for dining. "
