"The building The Wee Snug is located in looked terrible from the outside when we arrived and once through the buildings front door our hopes were dashed. The entrance foyer is terrible. There was an electric system alarm going off ( There were instructions how to stop the alarm but it didn't work, another person living in the building said he was contacting the owner and I msgd them too- no response and the alarm was still going when we left the following morning). "This was our absolute favorite stay in Ireland. The views were just stunning! It is the cutest and coziest little cottage. The bed was comfortable. The little fire stove was perfect for the evenings. The grill was an awesome extra amenity. It was easy drives to Giants Causeway (about an hour) and to the beaches and to the mountain as well. It was the perfect getaway. It’s easy to get groceries at the shop nearby. "

"The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for my mum, my sister, and me on our recent visit to Derry. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Peace Bridge and all the sights of Derry. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within an easy walk. Great value for the price. "

"It was only for a few hour and then my family had to go with the smell of damp and cat pee and human pee the over and cupboards where dirty no i will not be tell people to go to the house we are still trying to get the money back but the owner said i need to talk to vrbo and then they tell me to go to the owner so i have been going around in circles"

"Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "
