"Recently returned from a short stay in Amble where the weather was sunny every day and the spotless accommodation we stayed in was so comprehensively equipped and was in fact excellent in every way. A welcoming basket of food and drink was a really nice gesture. "Lovely, clean property. Great central location for visiting other areas. There was a regular bus service through the village and a co-op. Check before you go to the pubs or hotel for food, they either dont do it, or it's only served on certain days or times. Don't presume their websites are up to date. The chip shop is nice, but very busy. "
