"Minimal but beautifully decorated and large room with great view. Continental breakfast included which we greatly appreciated. Easy check in and checkout process. They even thought of earplugs if you need it. One of my stays in Scotland so far. Truly felt like home away from home."

"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. Went down whole ..."
