There are two picture windows that look directly out onto the ocean, so the view is beautiful! It’s a small studio with a very small kitchenette, but it’s cozy. However, it needs a deep cleaning. There was ground dirt in the corners and dark stains around the toilet floor. The linoleum in the bathroom needs to be replaced.

Great ocean view
View was perfect! Hard to get down to the beach though for my husband with limited mobility. Well maintained but appliances are outdated. Burners are so crooked that my pancakes came out lopsided. One of the reasons I booked this property was to listen to the waves at night. However, the refridgerator was so loud I couldn't hear them. It also vibrated the floor. Felt like the old magic fingers beds. T-Fal pans are also scarred.

Million Dollar View
We have stayed at said rental a few times over the past twenty years. The kitchen and bathroom are exactly as they were twenty years ago, badly in need of renovation and deep cleaning. This is not a reflection on house keeping. The same old refrigerator and electric range which both work ok but which the latter is very noisy. Kitchen is not very well equipped. The bathroom has a leak around the water closet, very nasty ! Sink drains slowly. We checked out a day earlier because of these conditions.

Small but perfectly functional
My wife and I stayed here for a week with our dog. The studio was smaller than we expected but it was really quite nice. The location is amazing with a fantastic view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. The drive into town is only a few minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. A few quirks to be aware of: you can only reasonably fit one person in the kitchen at a time, it’s extremely narrow. The refrigerator is also a little noisy when it runs and with the studio being so small, it could be disruptive to sensitive sleepers (though it wasn’t a problem for us.) The seating arrangements are also quite spartan, there’s a recliner, 2 chairs at the table, and a wicker chair. Don’t expect a couch to cuddle up on.

Speechless view
This little studio was just perfect for my 10-yo son, the 2 corgis, and myself. The windows are incredible and the beach is just a quick walk away. You can see the rocks right there in the ocean and the sunset was GORGEOUS! This was a perfect sanctuary for a weekend get away! We will definitely be back! :)

Great Base for a Couples Vacation
A clean simple studio. Perfect for a couple who are planning a lot of activities and want a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset. Please note the view from this studio is not what is shown on the website. The rock formations are only visible if you stand close to windows and look to the far right. The view is of the beach and ocean. Maintenance items for management to address: 1. The bathroom sink drains very slowly. 2. The footrest on the recliner sticks in the up position making it difficult to get out of the chair. It would be easy to slip and take a fall. This needs to be fixed before someone is hurt. Note to management company: A way to note maintenance items at checkout without having to include them in a review would be nice.

Bliss and peace with pups.
Such easy access to the spectacular nearly vacant beach. Despite us hearing about Bandon leash law no one had their dogs leashes. They were free to play. The unit was clean and the bed comfy. Wonderful up to four dogs are allowed. Met the wonderful owners who just happened to be visiting the area. Washer dryer was great. Water pressure fabulous and the only thing missing was some coffee filters but we left a bunch for the next few renters.

Lovely little cabin, with incredible views!
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. Clean, comfortable and well equipped little kitchen. Obviously most of our daylight hours were spent on the stunning beach and then being able to relax at night with the incredible views was a treat! This stay was part of our Pacific Coast road trip and we found this accommodation to be reasonably priced as well.

Would not stay again unless it's updated
Pros The water pressure was good The view was amazing! Love waking up to that Cons They didn't leave the porch light on and when i got there after dark i had to use my vehicle headlights to put in the door code since it was after dark. The bed was hard as a rock. I had to sleep on my back even though I'm normally a side sleeper. It caused too much discomfort to sleep on my side in this bed. I'm sure it could be improved with a little memory foam topper. The heater was all the way off when we arrived. The only thing that heats the home is base board heating that was almost inoperable. There was barely any heat coming out and it took hours to heat the room to a non freezing temp. Also there are cords in front of one of the base boards that have burn marks on it and the other base board has a wicker chair in front of it. These are fire hazards but the room is so small there was no where for me to move the chair. I would consider removing those base boards and even a store bought small standing room heater would've been better. The grass must've just been mowed before we came but apparently they didn't use a bag to catch the cut grass so we kept tracking in tons of grass. The water temp was great the first day but the 2nd day I ran out of hot water after a couple minutes of showering. I'm wondering if the studio shares a water heater with the cottage rental next door which would be unfortunate. This could be a nice place if there were a few minor upgrades and slight changes.

The views!
Very simple little studio with amazing beach views. A few updates would go a long way - some better silverware, new oven mitts, more than one wine glass, etc. The big windows are great except that there seemed to be some type of light on in the backyard of the cottage next door all night which kept the room from being very dark. Overall, we were very comfortable though and would certainly stay here again.

It’s all about the view
Cons: I am giving it a two star strictly for the view and location. As far as the house all the furniture needs to be taken to the dump besides the kitchenette. I brought my own bedding due to other reviews but the bed is so bad I ended up using the house bedding for a fluffer and put my bedding over it. The house needs more than two plates two forks (from my great grand parents days), two bowls that do not match, and one salad plate. Bakeware needs replacing. We were there for 5 days so it was rough. The chair is OLD and DIRTY, I put a sheet over it to sit on. There are sticker thistles in the grass so don’t walk out barefoot or in flip flops, dogs were restricted to the front yard so I couldn’t sit and watch the ocean with the dogs with me. The fridge is noisy and kept waking us up. The big windows do not open so it gets really hot in the afternoon. It is on the ocean but no direct access as shown in the photos. Pros: The walk to the beach was short. The views are outstanding. Nice neighborhood. Lots of cookware. Outstanding views.

The studio has beautiful view and great close access to the beach. Reading the previous reviews I knew what to expect. It could use a deep cleaning and a better broom or dust buster/vacuum. Also a small amount of coffee would be nice hospitality. Plenty of room for two people and our dog.

Wow, what a great little gem! This is definitely for two people and your pet. This was exactly what we were looking for when searching VRBO. No complaints whatsoever but we do have one simple suggestion. Please put a screen door on the entry door to help facilitate air flow as the large windows do not open.

Great view and placement in community. Right by a great access to the beach.
Inside was small but well furnished with a big refrigerator which is sooo nice. Some curtain cords did not work. They did not give me the numbers to sign in until the morning of arrival. I usually like to get that information at least on the day before. Evening ok. The big grass lawn in the front is tempting but has a weird type of thistle that my dog would not walk on—they are hard to see and I got the stickers all over the underside of my arm and palm which took a week to go away with a few bumps still on my palm that will need a needle. So watch that grass. That was sort of disappointing because it was beautiful weather. Perhaps bring your own lounge chairs?
